This store is only getting two stars because they are open very late which helped me out of a jam.
In effort to quiet the store rep's anger, I chimed in and said, you have a lady present--please watch your mouth. Well, the disrespect elevated as the store rep continued and another rep (that was helping me) used profanity to help his colleague in the argument.

Second, I went there late at night, in response to a medicinal emergency. I needed a specific wine that was not on display. So I asked if they had it. The scorn that I received for asking left me feeling so disrespected. Honestly, if it wasn't an emergency, I would have left . Meanwhile, an argument broke out between another store rep and customer. The store rep began to curse the customer out. Absurd! You mean it is now acceptable for a customer to support a community business with their hard earned dollars and be treated this way? Sure, I've seen irate customers; but store reps should never stoop to this level--very unprofessional.

So, unless you don't mind giving your money to people who obviously believe the community are thieves and are not worthy of respect, I would shop elsewhere. There must come a time when this community takes a stand to people that mistreat them. This store needs the community--not the other way around.
Surely this was not happening, so I tried to use something in common to bring about peace. I asked the rep helping me, "are you from Korea?" I already knew the answer as I had spent time there. He snarled at me and wouldn't answer.
It is not clear to me why this store is getting high ratings. The attitude toward the community is shown through the way they present their merchandise. Wine, liquor, and all other products are locked behind display cases. That's right, you cannot pick up a merchandise in their store to purchase. You select what you want and then go to their bullet proof window to ask for it. This should give you a crystal clear picture of how they view the community.
